I have several commercial Robox units
    Belton, North Lincolnshire, UK

Now I am focussing on my Robox I’m noticing a few issues, the last(?) is the fan one one machine is running fast permanently which I suspect is a temp sensor issue -unless there is another cause?

Where is the temperature sensor please?

Ambient temp sensor is on the back of the X Carriage its the electronic component that looks a bit like a diode. The Fan can be on high all the time if you are trying to drive the ambient temperature to something like 25deg C.

Try typing in M170 S70 which will set the fan to only come on if the ambient temperature exceeds 70 degrees and it should slow down unless the enclosure is anywhere near 70degress!. What drives the Fan is the Automaker Ambient temperature setting defined for the filament you are using. But the M170 command above should prove if you have a fault or not

I have both RoboxDual and other Robox versions
    Arizona, USA

@originalcaruso You should open a support ticket since this is an indication of a problem with the ambient fan and mainboard.

I operate two Betas and four Production Robox.
