Robox Dual worked great until I loaded Chroma Green into the machine. Now it does nothing. All I get is an error “out of filament”, yet material is extruded during G code operation as well as when the machine cleans/squeeges the heads. The green is deposited, but the operation shuts down because it thinks it is out of green filament.

I have disabled the ability for the machine to detect filament in the PREFERENCES/PRINTING menu and turned OFF the check mark in the box “detect loaded filament”. This does absolutely nothing and the machine refuses to EJECT or PURGE or PRINT anything because it still thinks it is out of filament to print with, yet fully loaded reels are in place with the correct remaining amount being displayed. What do I do now? If this is a bad sensor all of a sudden and I bypassed it, why is the machine still relying on the filament detect sensor?

I have reset the machine and the computer. Makes no difference.
