    My printer has been doing fine, but all of a sudden, I get the error message , “NO HEAD INSTALLED”

    Please advise what to do.

    @drjeromesmith Please open a technical support ticket at http://www.cel-robox.com/support/ and report the issue. A technical support representative will be able to assist. Please do not attempt to correct the issue without a support ticket open as if your attempt to solve it causes damage it may not be covered under your warranty.

    I operate two Betas and one Production Robox.
    I am the US/Canada Technical Support engineer for the Robox.
