root problem - disconnects from AutoMaker.

I have get my Raspberry and the sd Card with the root Software.

on the Preference/root page I see my robox, but it appear/disappear every 3-4 seconds. I can connect to my robox, but the Connection will be automatically closed after 3-4 seconds.

I use a FritzBox 7490 a router in my Network.

 

The printers web page works fine. With ip:8080 I have a stable connection to my robox

The webpage may not show the problem as it does not refresh as often.

AutoMaker checks the status very often and if it cannot find the device then it may disconnect.

 

Can you test with a network cable and using Wifi?

I have check it with Network calbe and using Wifi. Same problem.

From the webpage I can control the robox (light on, off, open door …). So the connection is stable (also after refresh the side).

Try adding the Root to AutoMaker by specifying the IP address in the bottom of the Root page.

If it still wont work your system specifications can help us investigate further.

Same Problem.
Sometime the Connection is alive for few minutes.
Which Information do you need?
PC: HP Envy
OS: Windows 10
Router: FritzBox 7490 OS: 06.8
Raspberry Pi 3 Model B connected direct with network cable to the router.

Is your laptop also connected via a network cable?

Please try this as well to ensure it is not a signal problem.

You may also like to try connecting the Robox to the Pi via a USB hub as this can alter the grounding conditions of the Robox.

I have connected the robox and my pc directly with my router, same behavior.

AutoMaker show me on the root tab robox is diconnected, but on the left side, I see a the connected state (robox01.png). I see the live temperatur at the left side bottom (robox02.png). And I can print!

Is there a problem with the AutoMaker software or the root software?

It seems that the connection is ok but the display is not showing the correct information in the Root connection window. Is that correct?

I wonder if this is a problem with the translation files? If you switch AutoMaker to English mode is the connection shown properly?
