    Hello,

    I buy this machine in January 2017.
    I was satisfied until March 2017. Flying buzzard. Standard exchange service after sale (3 weeks).
    I bought 2 new heads, a single and a double extruder in April 2017.
    Both nozzles failed (leaks and fan failures). The third nozzle was blocked.
    Back to the service after French sales in May 2017, since nothing more, it seems that the manufacturers do not know how to provide.

    So very disappointed by this brand.

    I do not imagine being a professional and working with this machine and after sales service as bad.

    @falcom Are you having problems getting service from your reseller or from CEL in the UK?

    I operate two Betas and four Production Robox.
    I am the US/Canada Technical Support engineer for the Robox.

    Sorry to hear you had problems. It seems the lack of stock of heads has caught up with the support team in France.

    More heads have been manufactured and are on the way. I expect all sellers and support teams will be stocked again soon.

    Good evening,

    After two months of waiting !!!!!, I finally received the three heads of replacements.

    But I am quite suprised of their state, not clean for two heads.

    In the process of testing, has to see in time.
