I opened ticket before i sterted my upgrade, i also upgraded my old extruder with flexible kit. I waited some reply for my ticket, but after i checked ticket status it was closed with no reply.

Still leaking with ABS. Now im testing with Woody to see if it stays in.

I’d still like to know if there are any nylon that wont effect on varranty :/

Did 3xpurge with ABS, no visible leaking. Next ill try to print something.

@bhudson Do you remember when you had to check that box, i dont. I remember when it appeared and it was “may void time”. With version upgrades it stayed checked, ofc someone correct if i remember wrong.

Afterall when i bought Robox there was no limitations to materials, then “may void” came along and now may have changed to “will void”

@click Response to my ticket was pretty clear, not on smartreel no varranty. It would have been nice to get that info so clear before failure happened.

How i suppose to know alloy 910 isnt approved by Cel? You dont have that info anywhere and you dont say it lound and clear that every material that is not on smartreel voids varranty.

“(c) Parts or consumables were installed and used that were not certified or approved by CEL. “

Yes, you can assume it means materials that arnt on smartreels, but you can also assume it do not.

No one else wondered why this hardware issue only appeared on that one software version :/ Atleast for me that did.

I started to wonder what happens if i print with some forbidden material, if allowed material voids warranty. I allso wonder where it is sayed that non smartreelmaterials void warranty?
