Hi guys! Anyone have any experience with printing with Polymaker PolyMide CoPa? Or nylon in general?

I have both RoboxDual and other Robox versions

We did test PolyMide, I just tried to find it but it isnt where I expected it to be. Below is Polymaker Polymide + Polymaker 702N Nylon Soluble Support, it is on a support raft to avoid damage to the print surface.

In general I find Nylon prints to be incredibly strong. The shrinkage of nylon is harder to work with than ABS. It bonds extremely well to the PEI sheet, use the shiny side and expect it to peel some resin away from the surface. Use lower fill settings to reduce warp.

Our current offering of PA12 can print at a lower temperature than many others which helps with warping. http://cel-uk.com/rlh-p12-nt001.html

Filled nylons require the SingleX head to print due to their abrasive filler. The filler material helps to reduce warping.

With any Nylon, be very strict with the storage. I have a storage container with a bowden tube glued into it and a lazy susan type bearing arrangement to allow it to turn easily.
