Hi. All. Well. Got my new Bowden tube to try to solve my first problem (Feeding to Head 2. Didnt get around to doing that yet because Extruder 1 was working fine….That’s Was until now. Changed from white PLA to Black PLA and the extruder starts to feed. The material gets a little way into the Bowden tube then Stops. Tried numerous times. No luck. At first the material didn’t even make it to the tube. Soooo I removed the Extruder and checked it for blockage. It was clean. So next trick. Thought I’d fit the new tube to extruder 2 and see if I can use that. How do you get the bowden tube off the end of the head assembly. There’s hardly any room to work there and it’s difficult to see what you need to remove to get the end of the tube out. I would have thought there should be something in the manual to address this as it is a component that will need to be changed when broken but nope. Not a mention. Can’t find an answer on the net either. Can you help please. Also any ideas why the number 1 extruder has failed please.

The cable chain was added to the standard Robox design with the introduction of dual material printing.

It resolves a lot of problems but it does make it hard to get access to the rear of the gantry.

As Ben said, the support team will have the best advice here.
