    Help!

    Every few minutes my printer disconnects, so i have to reconnect it, after reconnecting it issues Firmware: USB Tx error, it happens even during printing process, so i can’t print normally.

    I tried reinstalling drivers, updating the firmware, it didn’t help.

    It happens only with my computer.

    Can you help please?

    Changed the usb cable recently ? Think your cable is defective

    Once your part has transfered to the printer just pull out the cable.
