Too add, my last 2 print heads have only lasted 100 hours! That is running them in normal settings, standard reel settings using Robox Colorfabb NGEN
I would love to be able to repair them, but nothing is available.

@kamil1 - I do a 20mm ring, wall thickness 1-2x perimiter diameter.

I have a solution to overcome this. Print a sacrificial ring, one layer height and then play around with placement so that the robox prints it first. Gets rid of all issues.
Also has the added benefit of capturing loose piece from purge if your nozzle is dirty.

@Pete - is this something that can be confirmed, have any changes been made to robox since 2.01.04 (what I was previously running) ?
I think I may have found the issue ☹️ - really been gentle on the print head

@Pete - Is there somewhere a bug reporting page anywhere. Only 2:
If you pause and stop a print (via IOS running chrome) it does not engage safety features on cool down.

Changed the usb cable recently ? Think your cable is defective
Once your part has transfered to the printer just pull out the cable.

The bed will distort due to the temperature, especially the hotter you go. Just flip it over 👍

For all potential future users searching the forum with the same issue. If out of warranty and you need to do it yourself, its pretty simple to do.
