Welcome one and all to the Ossum Racer design discussion!
If you haven’t seen it yet I’d encourage you to take a look at my first blog post, it is a good (I hope!) introduction to who I am and what I’m up to!
I will be posting blog posts of my design process at each interesting step, but along the way I’d love to engage with all of you good denizens of the forum, so if you have questions I will try to answer them here.
When we get to the stage where I have files to share then this forum will be a great place to discuss your prints of them.
In the meantime, if you’d like to see my previous printable projects then take a squizz at the links below, they will also be where I will be posting the files for this project as I release them
If you prefer social media to forums then you’ll be able to find me here:

Are you using a Robox printer currently?

I am not using a Robox at the moment, but will be once I get deeper into the design phase of this project. I am really excited to get started. There are a few features that are of real interest to me, not least of all the option to print in Nylon, I think that is going to open up some interesting design options.
The dual materials are also something that I have thought a lot about in the past, so that will be interesting to experiment with. I’ve been messing around with TPU a lot recently and I am curious to see what can be achieved by being able to print, for example, a composite PETG/TPU part.

Hi Ossum, Do you mean something like this (below). The yellow wheel is ColorFabb CO-PET and TPU and was my first attempt. The grey one is PLA/TPU.
I found the TPU sticks to the PEI bed so well it is really hard to remove when the print is finished. Using a PLA brim made it easier to get off.
